The tasks of the Independent Assessment Body (OIV) of the EGTC GO are carried out by the Head of Corruption and Transparency Prevention appointed by Assembly resolution dd. 13/11/2017 as the EGTC GO is a body governed by public law according to the Law 88/2009. 

Since the OIV is a mandatory body only for the Administration in accordance to the Legislative Decree 165/2001, the EGTC GO did not consider having such a structure.
